Temperature Labels
A complete line of low cost temperature monitoring products for shipping in today’s environments

Shockwatch New Zealand’s line of temperature monitoring products are designed for application directly to your product to immediately indicate if shipments have been subjected to temperature extremes beyond what you would expect.  All of these temperature monitoring products have applications on a wide variety of products that include: computer components, pharmaceuticals and blood products, cosmetics, avionics, adhesives, plastics, chemicals, photographic supplies, and food products as well as shipments of live plants and animals.

Guaranteed to work within plus or minus 1 degree of the response temperature, these indicators offer the highest level of accuracy available in the industry.  With this in mind, the indicators keep you in control even after your product has been shipped.  In addition, the confidence in knowing that all these temperature monitoring products are consistent, irreversible, tamperproof and easy to read, provides a strategic value-added plus to you and your product.

ColdMark: For Monitoring Damaging Cold Temperatures
Concerns about the cold affecting the quality of your product can be laid to rest due to Shockwatch® New Zealand’s ColdMark temperature indicator.  ColdMark accurately shows if your product has been exposed to cold below a selected temperature.  Its colourless indicator bulb turns an irreversible violet colour as the temperature falls below the indicators response temeperature.
Using the ColdMark

Simply peel the release liner off the back of the indicator and apply the pressure-sensitive adhesive backing to any dry surface and your product is under control.

WarmMark-For Monitoring the Duration of Damaging Temperatures
WarmMark not only measures if your product has been exposed to an extreme temperature, but indicates the duration of exposure.  The benefit of a time-temperature tag is the knowledge that although the product has been exposed to unforeseen temperatures, the length of exposure may not anticipate spoilage.

Application of WarmMark is simple.  Remove the activation tab and barrier film and then apply to a dry surface of your product or packaging.  From that point on, if the product is exposed above its response temperature, the chemical reaction in the pad will cause the appropriate window to change colour.
